Our company handcrafts all products within 7 to 10  Days Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we cant guarantee a faster processing time.


The product is ordered before it’s handmade, we love creating new products from scratch. Both are handmade but the regular carried items are shipment ready while the made-to-order products can take longer and may take 12 to 20 days to be created for you before shipping.


The product(s) you receive may vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.

Care for your new products by:

  • Rice Bags:
    • Do not get the rice bag saturated with any liquid.  Soaking the rice bag may damage the rice inside. Use a damp cloth and rub any stains off.
    • If you ordered a rice bag with a removable cover, cover may be removed to be washed and dried as necessary.
    • You may use the rice bag as a warm or cool compress.  Either heat your rice bag in the microwave for 1-2 minutes OR freeze the rice bag in your freezer.  Apply the bag to the desired body area. Good rule of thumb is to apply the bag for 20 minutes at a time.
  • Car Vent Diffusers
    • Each come with more than one felt pad.  Only add 1-3 drops of essential oil or perfume to the felt pad at a time.  There is no need to change the felt pad between oils. When felt pad looks saturated, put a drop or two of mild dish soap in your hand with the pad and rub together, then rinse thoroughly under running water.  Let felt pad dry and re-use. Car vent diffusers can become hot when the heat is on in your car please use caution.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

  • Bath Bombs, Body Butters, Moisture Intense Lotions, Lip Balms
    • Do not leave these products in the sun, hot car or near a heat source.  Heat will melt these products. While the contents will still be usable when they re-solidify, they may not be at the expected consistency that make our products so nice to use.  Melting of product may also cause leakage and staining on clothing.
  • Bracelets
    • Bracelets are made on an elastic cord.  If the bracelet is overstretched, it may become looser than desired or break. If this does occur please take caution to the beads as they are small and can be a choking hazard.


  • Bracelets:  Measure wrist above wrist bone and add ½” (1.25 cm).
    • Women’s:
      • Small—7” (17.75 cm)
      • Medium—7.5” (19.0 cm)
      • Large—8” (23.0 cm)
    • Men’s:
      • Small—8” (20.3 cm)
      • Medium—8.5” 21.5 cm)
      • Large—9” (23.0 cm)
    • Children:
      • Small (4-5 yrs)—6” (15.0 cm)
      • Medium (6-7 yrs)—6.5” (16.5 cm)
      • Large (8-12 yrs)—7” (17.75 cm)


Our company uses Canada Post and Purolator for deliveries.

Timeline selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7 to 10 days to be handmade.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.. 

Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards/certificates

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@naturallyinfused2.com

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@naturallyinfused2.com and we will email you the mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
